Often when we look at photos of our parents in the sixties and seventies they look very charming. We have no charm left. What has changed!
People living in the sixties and seventies had something to believe in. Vietnam, Apartheid, Capitalism, Socialism, was just some of the things that touched the hearts of people of those times. Today we have nothing to believe in anymore. (We shouldn't consider work as something to believe in). It is not our fault that our parents had to fight for many things for them to be as good as they are now. It's our own fault if we don't understand what is happening to us right now.
Nothing feels nothing is the main theme of the Finnish movie Levottomat, which is one good example. Today people are bored, their hearts are empty and really nothing matters. How have we ended in this kind of point in life?
The change happened in the beginning of the nineties. First it was economical depression and people became scared. Then came ecstasy, which took time and energy away from personal issues. Came a time when there was no shining people to put them selves to the game. Then came the fucking IT-industry that started to suck young people to the working life and filled them with stress. For IT people it is cool to keep their feelings inside and better to shut up than speak.
Life of a women today it is not easy
This is the first time in history that women have to be as successful as men in business and still take care of the family and children. Women are still eating the contraceptives. Thank got men don't have to. There is a great amount of restlessness around the women of today.
So the situation is like this. Guys are loosing their lives because they have nothing to believe in and women eat their masculinity. Women are stressed like hell because they have to be very serious in work and they have started to look more like men. They are putting less make-up and cutting their hairs shorter. The difference between men and women is disappearing. This has lead to a situation that is the very scary. There is very little eroticism left because there is just one big soup of androgym. Life without sexuality leaves people feeling empty and suddenly nothing feels anything.
What are we going to do!
Guys should finally understand that girls are more intelligent and there is nothing to be afraid about. Real strong women don't have to look and act like men. Chief women can also put some make-up and show their femininity and they should be proud of that. There is no right time to have babies. Everybody is so afraid about having children. When the children come they come, this is the basic meaning of life, so lets take chilli with it.
Lets keep our childish role models alive and let sexuality come back to our lives. Lets wakeup and understand that there are many things why we are still important. Nature is suffering like hell, and we should do something. Every person is important and valuable. Lets hug each other and remember that there is never enough kissing! Thank you!
