"First let me apologize for the delays in information. The reason is that two of the persons that are vital in the planning of this event have been ill the last weeks. They are recovering now so things are starting to get where they should be.
Let me give a final confirmation on the competition areas. In the enclosed map you will se the areas marked 1 and 2. Area 1 is on Friday and 2 on Saturday.
The program:
Thursday 8. September
20.00 Captains meeting – information
Friday 9. September
10.00 competition start – Kvamsøy , exact starting point not yet decided.
14.00 competition ends
15.00 weighing of fish
Saturday 10. September
10.00 competition start – Sandsøy, exact starting point not yet decided.
14.00 competition ends
15.00 weighing of fish
19.00 Price ceremony
For those who will compete in the Baltic Cup only (non-Nordic citizens) there will be a starting fee of NOK 300. Since most of these competitors do not sign on in advance, I ask you kindly to pass this information on to any non-Nordic citizens you think are considering taking part in the Baltic Cup."
Very nice! I was looking organisers for a month, and now "I didn't sign in advance"! And why "non-Nordic citizens" must pay 300 NOK? We are most reach?
We are working on accommodation on Sandsøy and will come back with more info.
What other information would you like to have?
